How do these wear over time? Do the beads lose their luster? Do the stones fall off easily?

They wear exceptionally well. These stones do not lose their sparkle. They're made of foiled cut glass. They're faceted like real crystals. The stones will fall off if you're not careful with your embellished bags. These are show/special occasion pieces, more than everyday pieces.

Diana H I would never suggest you use E6000 pregnant, not ever. I use an industrial mask used for painting.

Never use hot glue for projects like these. It dries with a frosted finish, not clear.

lateefajohnson61 They will absolutely stay in place once it dries. You still have to be careful in the handling of the bag. Embellished bags are delicate.
