I’ve been a Hop for a little over a year, my journey with BH has been great I really love this company and what it has to offer. There are some Pros and Cons like every company I the world but the good defiantly out weighs the bad.
I’ll be taking the time to share some of the things we do on the job or every job, hope you all enjoy it, and may want to become a Hop one day. I’m not getting paid for this in no way form or fashion. I just love what I do and want to share my experience with the world, and also potential future customers.

How many hours a week do you usually work, and how long is a typical work day? You guys make your own schedules?
@Biggtruckin
@Biggtruckin 3 жыл бұрын
It al depends on what your availability is. It can 2 hours all the way up to 60 hours. Some guys including myself at one point was making over $1100.00 a week average. And that’s not including tips

@@btspnreal I was hustling bro. Anywhere from 30 hours or more and always call in if u are available to see if anybody canceled a job. The goal is to get as many moves as possible, and be polite to the customers so u can probably get a tip

Been moving 10 yrs. Never seen wood wrapped in plastic. Wheres the furniture pads???
@Biggtruckin
@Biggtruckin 3 жыл бұрын
Im sure throughout your 10 years of moving some customers requested certain thing to wrapped a certain way. It was their request, nothing was damaged. In other words I did mention it’s some things we can improve, we ain’t perfect everyday is a learning process. We learn from each other, it’s no physicals training on site.

Can you work on weekends only and how long are the days or can you choose to work just 1 move a day?
@Biggtruckin
@Biggtruckin 3 жыл бұрын
Yes, it all depends on your availability. And however long the move take. Most guys only work one move a day it all depends if your hungry enough you can do 2 or 3 that’s where the big bucks come in at

Thanks for making a video bro. Do you drive your own car or is it a company car?
@Biggtruckin
@Biggtruckin 3 жыл бұрын
No problems bro, but yes I do drive. Truck drivers are different contractors from movers. They are not allowed to transport movers in the cab because of insurance purposes. With that being said you are responsible for your own transportation. A lot of movers take Ubers/or transits to the locations as well if they don’t drive

@Biggtruckin

No drivers is suppose to help. It’s all contractually accounted for. Meaning movers move, and drivers drive.

@Biggtruckin
@Biggtruckin Жыл бұрын
It’s been a while since I’ve seen the updated version but the last time I worked there it was according to your schedule. And whatever day the customer books the move if ur app shows you are available then you would usually be assigned to that customer.
