Thank you for standing up for the ladies named Karen, Charlie. Way to go to the music teacher caller who advocated for her student and yes, I too have friends who say they dream of playing the cello! It is a thing! 😅 Another great podcast...I think the music and dancing might be a great way to start/end a podcast-that was hilarious! Nice dance moves! 😂

Early’80’s, our interest rate was 18%. It was tough! Then later we were able to get a lower rate of 13%. It was great for those who were investing and saving! Now it’s good for the interest rate but not so good for investing/saving.🇨🇦

My wife and I are from Illinois. We're trying to find a house in Wisconsin. What you said about fibs being fibs forever really cuts deep, guys. I think I'm a nice guy, I never asked to be a fib.......

Don’t be an arrogant dick and nobody will care that you’re from Illinois. Don’t tailgate on the interstate and then when the people move over to let you go by, go the same speed they were going, like many FIBS do. Beloit is a city with a bad reputation for crime, but it’s really an up-and-coming city with a lot of industrial growth and very reasonable real estate. It’s close to Milwaukee, Madison and Chicago.

You need to look into the Upside Down Mortgage policy before you consider putting 20% down. Make sure you don't fall into the category that will get punished for having good credit, having certain size mortgage and putting certain percentage down on your home.

I’m 68. I married a tough, beautiful nurse 43 years ago. I tell the young men I know to marry a hard headed woman, not a fancy dancer. That’s paraphrasing Cat Stevens. Mankato Ann sounds like a hardheaded woman. She will make a great partner for somebody. Her sister sounds mean. There’s a difference.

I just recently discovered this podcast, so I am behind in getting to the previous episodes, but this is my episode! 😂I used to ride a Suzuki Boulevard, and I am a violinist! Charlie, you worked with Steve Haas?!? 🤯That is amazing!!! Man, you two are some of the coolest guys ever. I really miss the Midwest-from Ohio (in WA now). Wish I could meet you two!
