The bells of the church of San Martino di Tours near Tignano, a hamlet of Sasso Marconi (BO), masterfully rung by Tommaso, who performs a traditional rope ringing known as 'scampanzata'.
The excellent set is signed by the bolognese bell founder Clemente Brighenti (1855, with the biggest bell added in 1883) and comprises five bells (fa♯, la, si, do♯, mi), the four major ones in 'quarto minore' and the four minor ones in 'quarto maggiore', two musical dispositions which are typical of bell-sets with the Bolognese system.
