This video helped me tremendously! The pass thru socket set is definitely a game changer for this job. The only thing I changed was I didn’t remove the fender liners for the front. Access to the top of the struts was easy enough with them still in place for me. Now… another difference with my BellTech kit was it came with (3) spacer for a 0, 1, 2, 3” drop options. Even though the kit number is titled 0-2” on website, the paperwork and spacers state 0-3”. I put 1 spacer under the spring cup and got exactly 2” drop.

Did yours come with 2 black spacers and the yellow thing on the front struts did u remove the black ones and still use the yellow spacer

So on your front struts it came with skinny black spacer 2 thick black spacer and a think yellow bump stop what all did u use on the front struts

So on the front struts, all you have is that little black plate you said not to remove it’s to keep dirt out and and then the bushing? Nothing in between correct?

Any problems with front end bottoming out on rough pave? Just did this kit on my 2013 4x4 with the struts set to -2” and the tire shop couldn’t align the front and feels like front is bottoming out when driving highway speeds hitting small potholes. Anyone else experience these issues?

PLEASE RESPOND!!! I have the same kit for a 4x4. Mine came with black “packers” that are supposed to go between the front bump stop and the little black plate (you said not to remove) did you also install the 2 black packers on each side? (Total of 4)?? And no I’m not talking about the silver rings. PLEASE RESPOND

I have the 2013 Ram how do I install that bracket also would this kit work on a stock air suspension 2014 Ram 1500 4x4 crew cab

Almost positive this will not work with factory air suspension. For the bracket the kit comes with a template where you have to cut the crossmember.

How did the truck align I have same truck was going to get same kit

It more than likely wont correctly align without offset balljoints. Also will come down to how many spacers you use on the front struts. I didnt use any so that made a difference as well.

I have a 2012 regular cab ram 4x4 would I have to use the mount that you did not use?

That bracket is only for model year 2013 with the 140.5" wheel base so you should be good.

Got the same drop kit for my ram, but was told to use stock springs for the front. Can you confirm that I can use stock springs or would I need the aftermarket front springs like you did?

I would do the stock springs if i had to do it over again. Will probably ride better.

@@gruffproductions683 was there much of a difference between the springs? Looking to get a clear yes or no answer on if I can use my stock springs, I have yet to find a install video where stock springs are kept for this drop.

Not much difference in height. Should not have a problem. The stock springs will just have to be compressed more to install in the strut assembly.

Same my kit has everything beside front springs though there we’re missing but called beltech and they said to reuse the front springs
