Hi I really enjoyed this video for when doing these exercises do I have to lift my pelvic floor ? It’s really hard for me to do core work because I feel the prolapse and if I squeeze down there it feels horrible thanks x

Great question, a reason why I love this practice is that you don't have to do anything else than follow the dance moves. We don't have to think about activating our pelvic floor at all, we will get the circulation and activation from doing these motions 🌺
