I am confused at how is he more likeable in the books . I found him incredibly likeable in the series he was fun and incredibly kind to belly apart from maybe some light teasing here and there. I also really liked how responsible and reliable he was despite the party goer overly flirtatious type that he is, which stereotypically are seen as overly reckless and untrutworthy, so that was pretty refreshing.
