Ready for next weekend or not, it's lookin AWESOME !!! Doncha just love aluminum ??? Only thing close, and sometimes worse, is stainless. Heat it up (as in some stainless steam devices) and about half the connections are going to "gaul" the threads when you try to disassemble it. Yes, even with "anti-seize" !!

I've had some success using an air chisel to vibrate the pipe plug with a dull chisel and gently using a wrench to apply the twisting torque. The torque is different from the twisting done using an impact wrench.

Re your heads check out Matt over at IronTrap garage he has a fair few sets of flat heads in his infantry and usually does trades, swaps or cash for stuff he has If you're not happy with those ones Tony from Western Australia
