Channels like Belmo, Brad & Kyle (all related channels the house, tang, etc) and all the others are gonna make bowling huge. It's one of the few sports that have pros and amateurs making content into the life and makes it feel personable. Mark my words. KZbin and content will make bowling to go the next level this year, bigger then it already is.

That’s never gonna happen. Bowling has transitioned into a primary weekend family activity with a few obscure tournaments. People can’t just go out and organize a football or basketball game at the drop of a hat so they attend games and watch it on TV. But for a few bucks they can go bowl. The big sponsors left, advertisers left and fans left. There just isn’t any magic left to it. Good bowlers are all basically the same. Matches are repetitive. You don’t have highlight reels with fantastical Hail Mary wins. Sad for sure but it is the way it is. Even a KZbinr with 5 million subs isn’t gonna bring back the glory days.

@Cerus98 I have to respectfully disagree, we live a new digital age where video game championships get more views than the super bowl and if you don't believe in the relevance of you tube just do a quick search for "Pat Mcaffe" who has completely changed sports media, we are in a new time and the ones who take hold of it now WILL be the relevant ones in the future. When you can get interaction with the pros in a game that is this approachable for everyone from 3 years old to 90 it can become mainstream again, in my opinion.

Load of respect to Jason. Watching the TOC videos and seeing the stress that he was under. This man, on his one rest day still shows up to work and has time for his fans. I would consider bowling and golf the two most grinding professional sports. Both rely strictly on personal attributes both mental and physical. There is no guaranteed money from these sports, no multi million dollar contract that get paid weather you win on lose. You have to be good enough to win or at least good enough to draw a sponsor or endorsement. Way to go brother on your win. Much deserved.

I also bowled a pro-am game with Norm Duke back in the late 1990s before I earned my PBA card. He was so nice and actually took the time to give me some tips on a better layout for my bowling ball.

Your run through the ToC from 50th or so to the final double ladder ending was probably one of, if not. the most incredible feats for a single athlete I have ever seen in my 72 years. Maybe Tiger Woods in his prime, but then I was an average bowler and a lousy golfer. And you are half a world away from your family. Incredible.

Love the channel, you're definitely one of my favorite bowlers. Absolutely loved watching you this week. Seeing you go from struggling to winning the tournament was awesome. You were so honest about how you were feeling and watching you stay positive and keep pushing even though you were down was really inspiring. yup.. Ive definitely wondered if Belmo's reign was starting to end.. Just with how good Tackett has been the past 2 years and Belmo's more recent struggles. But Ive never doubted his ability and his greatness, and of course, I never counted out him returning to form and kicking butt again. I think maybe what it is, is Belmo sets the standard so high, that at some point, it gets hard(or unrealistic) to live up to that image and standard of domination. All legends fall off at some point(cant run from age and Father Time). But its wonderful to see Belmo come back so strong and have such an amazing showing at the TOC and I hope he continues this form!

Belmo great channel. Want to tell you a trick when you're smelling the candles This is true you could look it up after you smell the 1st candle. Take coffee beans and sniff them. The coffee beans neutralizes your senses so that the next candle you smell. We'll Smell like it should because cuz it's not for the coffee beans by the time you get thfour or 5 different smells of the candle. You may not be smelling exactly what it says on the lid of the candle. I hope this is helpful to you. I look forward to see in your next video. This also works when you're looking for new colognes

Sad to see him struggle with so many physical issues.. He is a big guy, like myself.. I was forced to lose a ton of weight cuz being 6'4" 280 ends up taking a toll on your joints and your spine. Luckily I am down to 210 now! And I feel great! My knees and back were creaking at 34, and now im 37 with very little issues in my joints and back!

Jason, I just want to let you know that during a Senior Masters Tournament a million years ago, I bought Dick Weber a beer at the bowling center bar and we had a nice conversation while drinking our refreshments. I injured my back in 2005. Haven’t bowled again in 18 years. But this past week I found that I can bowl without pain, so I will be getting some new equipment. I can be your new target when you are old enough!

Congrats on your back. I didn't run for 18 years because of a back injury and was able to start again back in 2002. I had just quit bowling the year before, took 21 years off and started back last year as running is much harder when nearing 60 years old. I've already bought 4 new bowling balls!
