Leon honestly scared me. And to think pretty much all of the crew thought Kate was the bitchy one, I hope they all watched this after and realized what a jerk he was to Kate. She was even nice to him at times where I'd have just lost it, and she never really complained except to the cameras. I literally cheered out loud when Captain Lee finally got him off the boat. There was something not right in that man's head.

It made me so mad that no one had Kate's back. Leon took pleasure in making her feel bad, nervous. Also Captain Lee totally dropped the ball. He saw how Leon was speaking to Kate and he did nothing. For all his big talk about handing people their a**, I've never seen him do it when it really needs to be done. Kate should have spoken out more, but Lee should have given Leon a stern warning about respect. I lost faith and interest in Lee after that.

Every time they show the rerun of this episode, it gets more hilarious. He got fired because Kate and the captain didn't like him and didn't want to work with him. Sure, he had a bit of an attitude but that main point of contention was Kate not liking him and him not liking her to be able to work together. When he got blamed for the fire in the oven, he was sleeping I believe. Whoever made that pizza and put it in the oven unsupervised, is the one who should have owned that mistake. Leon had a no win situation. Captain Lee likes Kate; there have been insinuations on the show that she drinks on charter but he fails to find that a problem.
