See the thing is “push back” needs to be defined. Camille communicates everytime she isn’t ready to do something, needs more time, or needs a minute to regain composure or whatever before a task. How is her asking for a minute “pushback”? If it is or if she needs to be ready to work fast paced at every second if the day then that needs to be communicated but it seems to me everyone is mad at her because she doesn’t do things as soon as it comes out of their mouth or because she doesn’t have a cheesy smile on her face at all times to lyk she’s happy to be at work. It wasn’t push back at all. She just needed a minute to get there and that’s what she COMMUNICATED to HAYLEY. It was Alissa who made it a big deal and it was unnecessary for her to do so. The back and forth that ensued is inexcusable and as a “leader” she should have said, “we’ll discuss this later when the guests aren’t around.” Or better yet what she should have said was “…as long as it gets done by______, you’re good. But regardless of Camille's inappropriate behavior (which was compounded by Bravo's heavy handed editing to make her look EXTRA stupid--which will haunt her for years when looking for a job!), or the fact that Alyssa clearly has a better work ethic and is far better at her job, it all comes down to Fraser's lack of experience in the role of manager. Granted, they all said up front that he would be learning on the job (which Bravo LOVES), and he may have been worrying about their issues and interactions, but that is all he was doing. Worrying about what the staff was doing wrong, rather than managing the situation. This week's episode is basically only about the fact that he doesn't have the strength and lacks the experience of how to simply tell Camille enough is enough--you're fired! But it will be chalked up to being in the role for the first time, fair enough, but as someone who always has to do the firing bc none of my colleagues like to do it (as if I do??), it never gets easy! Fraser doesn't seem like the type who will ever be able to do it himself. Especially knowing the Captain will always be there to help take the heat.

Fraser was only focus of getting the job done without addressing the problems. He should have addressed it in the 2nd charter. This is bec he 1) didn't want to deal with it 2) he didn't want to babysit Camille 3) he didn't have enough experience to be the chief steward. This was his 2nd. He said it himself that he was too buddy up with the last crew worried hurting their feelings. I have been in Alissa's shoes many time. If you are the only responsible person and had to pick up others work that is one thing but the attitude is the worst part. When you r trying to explain how to do it or even ask them to do the job, they would say you are not my boss, don't listen, more unnecessary arguments and then escalated to the boss. Sandy shouldn't ever had to step in like that as a captain if this was nip in the butt from the beginning. It is Fraser's job to stop them not suppose to let the captain even hear it. This would never happened if captain Lee was on board. He would send boat home right away. I feel for Alissa ❤️✊️. If she wasn't 2nd steward since Fraser didn't direct and said anything so that why Alissa did which made her the bad guy in Camille's eyes. Camille has the wrong idea about working on the yatch. People is on vacation not the worker especially not on charter.

Based on what she has said on camera about what she did in High School in relation to her principal, Camille appears to think her behaviour is ok. Being given legal instructions by someone in authority at work is not bullying, it is part of the job. Camille seems to resent anyone telling her to do anything. Like her or not, Alissa is in a position of authority, so Camille needs to stop snapping back like she does. If she feels Alissa is speaking badly to her, that's where she should be going to Fraser and not carrying on. Heck my old boss was a crusty old sod, and he could be tough but rarely ever abusive or bullying. You did what he ordered when he gave you a lawful instruction or you would lose your job. Camille looks like she's going to learn this the hard way.

Why does this happen with black crew members? They have allowed Camille’s bad behavior the whole season which should’ve been addressed day one. Camille is from Mississippi, notorious for racism. she wants to be the star - her hogging of camera time on the Med franchise is why I quit watching that show. She gets on my last nerve. So I finally went back and binge-watched Med since she came on here, and watched her totally destroy Hannah. She picked on Hannah, destroyed her self esteem and self confidence, criticized instead of supporting, until Hannah started to hate her job and having panic attacks. Eventually Hannah made the mistake of self-medicating. A better leader would have been better for Hannah.

This is a “Frazier problem”, HOWEVER this is his first time as chief stew and Sandy knows that. So, she should have been coaching HIM rather than Camille. That said, Frazier’s lack of experience managing people definitely led to this moment. But to me, Sandy is really a bad captain and could take some lessons in leadership from captain Glenn.

Sandy wants Camille to succeed so badly so she (Sandy) can take the win for turning her around, she cannot see that she (Camille) is only "showing" her that her attitude has changed by working in front of her and slacking off at other times. She showed poor leadership skills in her own show and I stopped watching that. I am disappointed that she is in this one and is messing things up again by taking sides (she may claim to be objective, but she is not). I thought that the fact that Camille actually said on the comms that she was given permission for a break and had to be called out by Sandy would have alerted Sandy to how manipulative Camille can be.
