Honestly Bryan and Bobby were both determined to get Danny fired by whatever means necessary. It was really sad to watch their "mean guy" behaviour. Those two were very much bullies and didn't like Danny from day one. I give Danny props for going to the Captain and owning his mistake about using his phone with the charter guests. That shows that he's finally learning and having maturity about his actions.

I am not following this show at all, but the moment i saw Bobby and Bryan rooting against Danny, i knew they were bad news. If you talk about rotten apples Captain Mark really had no clue who the real bad apples are. And it took only one episode to confirm my thoughts about them. Danny was an easy bucket to kick on, now that it was gone, they needed a new bucket, and there was no one to kick. with the ennoying guests you knew this could only go wrong and it did.

I actually stopped watching after seeing the episode where they didn't give Danny a tip for the second time, but they didn't mind taking his MVP tip I noticed. It seemed Danny was there to meet people, and have a good time, and that’s not what he was hired to do. Every time Bryan called for Danny over the radio for a task that needed to be done, he was always shooting the breeze with the clients he’s supposed to be pampering. If you watch the season and the other seasons, you get a better understanding of why Danny’s behavior was unacceptable. It just isn’t accepted or appropriate to get involved with guests like that. Even if the guests like Danny, Danny can’t just disobey captains orders and keep ignoring the rules. Yeah I agree Bobby lost his temper over something dumb, but that was building up over time and Bobby was just ready to fight by then. He’s lucky he didn’t get fired sooner, over the pictures or the kissing or the poem or the hot tub or whatever. Edited to add: Bobby and Brian have issues too, but Danny was his own worst enemy.

Bobby is a bully and Bryan is no better. They decided they did not like Danny and did everything they could to get him fired. Who gave Bobby the right to kick Danny out of his room or touch his stuff? No one. Now Danny, makes his mistakes but the Captain's poor leadership is also to blame.

I've only just started watching this show and I'm enjoying it. Season 1 Mediterranean was great. Everyone apart from Bryan and Bobby were nice. Danny had a friendly personality but he could be over friendly. AND over the top! He was annoying as well but harmless. He was not a trouble maker or a bully. Bryan and Bobby were the worst of the group. They hated Danny and I understand he was annoying them but they responded in a vile way. Hannah is no Kate Chastain. She's ok at her job. Julia and Tiffany were sweethearts. Such lovely women. Ben was over emotional. Captain Mark was not a strong leader. Definitely not the best captain but he was ok. And Jen was nice. Boring but nice. And she gave Brian as good as she got. Great first season though. RIP captain Mark. And well done to the cast and crew👏👍

The boys were fine with Danny before he kissed that blonde girl I think their egos were hurt and angry that Danny got action and they didn't,from then on they both bullied him and treated him unfairly, they bitched when he stood up for himself but they were quite happy to be degrading and insulting. Ben did the honorable thing and could see the real issue and befriended Danny , My opinion of Ben went higher because of his emotional intelligence and kindness and the other guys just looked awful and nasty as the episodes went further and they continued to bully him. Ben is the real alpha in all of this.
