I don't kiss people unless it is sexual. And that goes for everyone else. Anyone who says the opposite is lying. When you kiss someone you want to make the other person feel something and you want to feel something too. You may decide you don't want to sex the person, but you are testing out the waters. Wanting someone to desire you even though you're not going to have sex with them is still sexual.
