Hmmm, unfortunately Wi-Fi is a must. The only things that I could recommend is If you have a hotspot on your cell phone that allows you to transform your data into a Wi-Fi connection try using that. Or, bring your wii over to a friend's house and do it there

I have a few questions. 1.can I have USB loader gx and run wads? Because from what I understand you can only have one or the other. 2. How do you put back ups on a fat 32 drive? Because fat 32 only allows you to put a file up to 4 gb on at a time and a lot of wii games are over 4gb?

I'm not sure where you got your information from, but both your questions are false USB loader is a separate application, wads are a separate thing as well I have a 128 GB SD card (fat 32) in my wii and Wii U right now

For anyone who sees this, I was following step by step and connected to internet, but when I loaded back into cios installer to install over the 250 section instead of 249, an error message comes up saying "net_limit" and the 250 is covered with the red markings instead saying failed. Any help would be much appreciated.

On the official website with the tutorial, and other tutorials, it shows that the 429 cios slot needs to be installed with 57 cios base. However, on some tutorials, like this one, it shows the 429 cios slot installed with the 56 cios base. Does it matter which needs to be installed?

If you backed up a game already, you would put it in the exact same file structure as you would ripping the game your self. Pretty much drag and drop

Some games don't seam to work when install like Rayman raving rabbids 2. And also Mario kart will start but after the warning screen its just a black screen. Any idea how to fix any of this?

New Super mario bros. wii seams to work fine. And I got it to work with gamecube games as well and they work fine. The gamecube game are also save on the SD card. Idk if its is the USB flashdrive or something else with the settings maybe.

Also The SD card is a SanDisk Ultre 32 GB and the flash drive is a PNY 32gb.

Hmmm It could be a number of things honestly. It could definitely be your flash drive because the Wii is very picky. But it could also be the format that your flash drive is, I'm assuming you tried fat 32 as a format on the flash drive? Maybe try ntfs instead and see what results you get

I hade to use someones else internet because spectrum router wont let me connect to it for some reason. So getting a ethernet cable adapter soon to connect to my modem. All right I'm done trying. I can't figure it out I quit. The wii brick both of my new 256gb flash drives I payed over $70 for. Nothing working only gamecube games work. All wii's can connect to the Internet, if yours can't the wifi chip is broken or your ISP is blocking the connection of your Wii Or best case, user error

When I try to install a Wii game to my 64 gb USB stick, it pops up with 100% from the start and is stuck there. I let it sit there for 10 minutes and still nothing. Gamecube games work fine but not Wii
