how do you plan on making this fit the starting configuration? Other than that, it is amazing!

Going to make some sort of pivoting intake. Original idea was a 4bar extension but we are currently working on a new design that we will talk about soon.

Has anyone used the idea of a wheel running on the back of the note to tilt it vertically

It’s been like three days, how do you have an intake already

Ri3D builds a whole robot in three days. It stands for Robot in 3 Days

This is day two, so tomorrow they need to have a fully functional robot. It won't be the best, but the challenge for building is the goal, plus sharing ideas and designs. Also, usually this is done by college students and alumni, not FRC teams

How are they connecting the urethane belting to the hex shaft?
@KevinBeshears Жыл бұрын
The belt was held on by friction and tension.

Do you guys have the CAD for this otb design? Thanks
@KevinBeshears Жыл бұрын
The CAD is posted to the Chief Delphi thread. FUN's Cranberry Alarm thread.

arent you not allowed to extend more than 1 foot outside of your frame perimeter? or is this inside the 1 foot margin. technically you can only extend 8 and a half or so inches outside of your frame perimeter considering the bumber takes up like 3-4 of those inches
@FUNRoboticsNetwork Жыл бұрын
You are correct. G413 B states "it may not extend more than 1 ft. (~40 cm) from its FRAME PERIMETER."
@luisserranolaguna1610 Жыл бұрын
how much compress did you guys use
@KevinBeshears Жыл бұрын
1/2'' compression at the start of the intake and 1/4'' compression on the belts.
@grantspadafore Жыл бұрын
What's the angle of the belts?
@KevinBeshears Жыл бұрын

What
@ThatGuy20091 Жыл бұрын
There cannot be holes or gaps in the bumper now, therefore the intake has to be outside the chassis of the robot
