Why do I sound warbled, screechy, shaky and nasal on this one? What am I doing wrong?

broĸen sOUL try doing the exercises softly ( don’t put too much effort and volume for the first month so your vocal chords can get used to the exercise without sounding warbled and screechy ) . Let me know how it goes !
