Very interesting... will the data uploaded be able to tell when a tool is not performing optimally (ie. failing) and warn me? If a tool is struggling to get a tough job done, will a friendly Hilti rep conveniently stop by the next day to offer a higher level tool? 🤔 If the tools are leased, will the batteries stop charging if I miss a payment?
@jennifermota41882 жыл бұрын
The new batteries have LED indicators that will tell you if there are any issues like it being to hot, to cold or the tool is just being over worked. The data pulled from the battery will give you maintenance/repair requirements on the OnTrack App. Speak to your account manager or a Hilti store first to make sure you get the correct tool for the correct application, that way you wont have to worry about needing a higher level tool. And no, the batteries will not stop charging but for the price of the fleet managment program, you won't have an issues at all with your payments :)

Let's face it, unless you are an industry professional, almost none of this matters. If you are an industry professional that is new to the game, you won't be able to afford this lineup. If you are a seasoned veteran tradesman, you already have competent tools. Not many will replace an entire lineup. The data sounds great, but how often will people sit down to look at it? I think running a bunch of tools off one platform is really smart, but don't think that concrete breaker will run long on that small battery. Hell, even Milwaukee has a tablesaw that will run off the M18 2.0. The best feature I heard was the smart torque sensing idea.
