Belur Historical Temple | Hassan, Karnataka | English Subtitles

The video is an effort to encourage people to visit this temple in Karanataka. The Belur temple is just 150 kms from Bangalore and makes for a comfortable ride / drive over the weekend. The temple is the living glory of the heritage of South India.
We were fortunate to get this guide but last year when we visited we heard he passed away. But this video is a tribute to the person who genuinely explained every part of the Temple.
Make sure you take a guide when you visit this temple, else you may not know many things as you pass it. The video covers only the highlights of the temple and not everything.
