Where was the same council demolishing of already constructed houses in this situation of accommodation shortage. Before a structure is put in place in an local authority plans have to be approved by the council or else they stop any construction is done. Where have humanity gone to the current leadership.

They just must produce their plans. If they had had their plans approved and, that notwithstanding, the authorities went ahead with the demolitions, then council would be liable for damages. If they do not have plans, on the other hand, the opposite would be equally true.
