Fun Fact: Feedback was designed by original designer from the Classic series Dave Johnson so that he feels more like a classic alien but then redesigned to fit in the OV style. He was the designer until Tom Perkins came (Seasons 1 and 2 of Classic).

Dave Johnson and Thomas Perkins really knew how to make the aliens look like aliens, if that makes any sense. Other designers haven't always been successful in that regard (though that doesn't mean the other designs are bad).

This episode I feel does a great job at showcasing Ben and Rook's dynamic. And of course we also meet Gravattack. One of my favorite OV aliens. Also, you'll quickly notice that Omniverse is big on bringing back elements of Classic.

I really like Gravattack, very neat design and unique powerset. We also get to see Rook and Ben bond, which the show has to do a lot of to make this dynamic duo feel as fleshed out as the original trio or AF trio. Glad you're having fun with Omniverse so far!

I wouldn’t call it a “continuity error” as such, it’s simply a case of the production order not always lining up with the intended viewing order, while “So Long and Thanks for All the Smoothies” was produced before “It Was Them” it was clearly intended to be viewed after.

Meet Fistrick. Total meathead and an alien tech pirate who would do a lot in stealing anything. Don't underestimate this human. As for the new alien you saw, Gravattack is a Galilean. Bulky, gravity-controlling aliens with rocks covering their bodies. He's no Four Arms but he definitely packs a punch.

Yessir this episode is goated I love the return of Megawatts / Nosedenians they’re so much fun and I’m glad they weren’t antagonist they just needed Bens help. Gravattack is such cool alien in power and design gravity control is crazy I love his full planet form too. I feel like Ben is written perfectly here nice balance of serious and experienced hero and goofy light hearted Ben. Him and Rook have great combos here too

So, the thing with Omniverse, at least in my opinion, is that it retakes OS formula of being mostly episodic shanenigans with a sprinkle of UAFs larger plots, so yeah, this first season is mostly set up for what is to come

Actually, fun fact, I don’t know if people know this or not but Ben 10 Omniverse actually takes place a year after the final battle of ultimate alien. Also, in the flashbacks young Ben is 11 years old, not 10 . Not sure if that’s considered a spoiler or not.

I've understood that not every episode for everyone and I totally get why you didn't find this one that impressive, but I always enjoyed this episode. The action scenes are amazing, but what always stood out to me is how enjoyable Ben is as a character. It feels like this would be the perfect version of him: evolving him as a hero that has so much power and influence that he can stop crimes just by being there, explaining how being Rook's partner isn't bad albeit he has to retrace his steps as a hero through him (ironically by addressing you don't want to), and how he faces challenges that write the stakes towards his high power instead of nerfing Ben constantly (He explained to Rook that Fistrick had to be taken down without hurting the Megawhatts, adding a new layer of difficulty). I've always loved this one and I'm glad you were going on about what you understood still made this stand up well.

right? i don't get how some people miss the fact that ben can quick change since alien force, mistransformations just simply doesn't work outside of classic series, because in classic the watch is a prototype and ben is just 10 he doesn't know how to properly use the omnitrix so mistransformations works for that series because ben just has to make it work somehow. but with alien force onward, not only the watch is more advanced but also ben is more professional and has more experience with the omnitrix, so every time he gets the wrong guy it's like: FOR FUCK SAKE BEN, JUST GIVE IT ON OTHER GO😑

Megawhatts was first introduced in Tourist Trap Season 1 Episode 6 Classic and yes Young Ben Hates Smoothies while Adult Ben Loves them. Heatblast is voiced by David Kaye I don't like it because he sounds like he has been smoking also fun fact he is the only alien to not have Green Eyes. Clockwork still voiced by Dee no XLR8 again fun fact this was a promo we got in Omniverse and it was Ben saying it's hero time & Clockwork still saying this is ridiculous and Meet Gravattack also Voiced By David Kaye who uses Gravity Powers. Fistrick , Corvo , Hoodlum and The white hair member who was not given a name.
