The story of the game is situated in the time of the Incursean invasion which happended in season 2 of the show. The reason this game doesn't have much story of it's own is because it was VERY centered around filling up the show's lore.

A review on the 3DS version would be really cool. I don't see any review on that version and I've seen people saying its better than the console version. Even saw a combo video on the game which was pretty cool. Would really appreciate a review.

YES!!! I can’t wait for Nicktoons history! I know it’s going to take a while but some of my favorite gaming memories are playing battle for volcano island and battle for bikini bottom and I just recently played Nickelodeon kart racers which I love a lot

I haven't played that many Nickelodeon games growing up. I had a Spongebob game on PSP until I accidentally broke the PSP, which was my brother's. I think that was it as a child. I then played Rugrats Search for Reptar on PS1 when I was 14. Despite being in that stage where I thought I was TOO OLD for children's cartoons, I enjoyed it much more than I expected. Rugrats In Paris on N64 was really bad though and so was Treasure Hunt on the same system. Studio Tour was great, and Royal Ransom was alright.

If you want to play a good version of Omniverse 2, try playing the 3DS version, it’s similar to the original 3DS/DS versions of Omniverse 1, but, it uses some of the other aliens from Omniverse, and it just seems like a better version than the console versions.

There only 1 person i feel worse about than you for beeting this game is my dad for buying at release at full proce and it sucked (i love ben 10) so we were both exited to play it together like the first one but there was no rook and no good single player

Dang its sad to see that this game is as bad as it is. I really enjoyed a lot of the older Ben 10 games so to see the lack of care that went into this one, especially with High Voltage at the helm is just such a shame. Really freaking excited for your new Nicolodeon series though 😍

When you cover Video Games that are a tie in with a movie do you look for how close it is to the film as the first Shrek game isn't at all like the film in the losses sense being about him fighting an evil wizard while Toy Story and Madagascar are .

May I ask what are your thoughts on the 2016 reboot? I've never seen it myself mainly because I'm not a Ben 10 fan (never was, even as a child), but I haven't heard that many good things about it.

I've actually not watched the reboot series at all. In fact, outside of the original Ben 10 series I really haven't watched that much Ben 10. Of the animation critics I follow I think the consensus is that it's quite different than traditional Ben 10, but it's okay for what it is. It seems to be better than the Powerpuff Girls reboot at the very least.

Ah yes. The Powerpuff Girls reboot. I remember being really excited for that roughly five years ago, because I rarely watched the original series and I thought to myself that I'll finally be able to give Powerpuff Girls a proper watch on TV. Then it came out, I watched a few episodes, and never watched it since aside from The Power of Four special which wasn't much of an improvement. Nowadays, I dislike using the word "lazy" because I'm confident that the people behind the reboot have worked hard on it and I don't mean any harm towards them, unlike some people I know of. It's just that the finished product feels like a lazy show. Misguided execution essentially. I have finished watching the original series a few months ago and outside of a good number of stinkers (Seasons 5 and 6 being the worst offender), it's a very good show overall.

so glad I awoyed this game when I heard temple run. Nothing against those games, but I expect something different from a ben 10 console game. Also making this game a substory for the current story arc of the show which played between 2 episodes, was a bad idea. Or at least for that kind of arc and episodes. It extremly limited their options for location, enemy types and boss encounters. I rather have an original story, that highly properly is none canon but still works and gives lots of option. and third problem, personal for me.... I just can't stand these frog aliens. They where always so boring. So having a whole game centered around them (plus a whole season of ben about them) no thanks. That was quiet a dissapointing year for ben 10

My game collection is pretty vast. My dad was a massive gamer, so even when I was a kid our family amassed a pretty big collection of PS1 and PS2 games. I'm a bit obsessed with collecting physical media, so I've carried on collecting as I got older. At the moment I have over 100 PS4 games, about 50 PS3 games, and then dozens of Switch, 3DS, and DS games.
