Weird part is theres a model error in ds version too When you turn upchuck while you're 16 year old ben You turn to 11 year old upchuck

5:10 I may be wrong but if recall correctly there is a mechanic where certain aliens took less damage from certain enemy types, for example Diamondhead would take less damage from laser based enemies, Heatblast was better protected against fire and Feedback/ Shocksquatch would take less damage from electric enemies. I think that this mechanic may have been Wii U exclusive though, the Wii U version is seemingly the most polished version of the game. Besides that good review.

5:19 And the thing is, they do! The Megawatts are weak to Feedback. So when you're playing as 11 year old Ben, have Feedback so you can drain the Megawatts and one-shot them.

Even Protector of Earth and the first Alien Force game had some style and pizzazz. Just compare how well animated and stylish the boss battle QTEs were in PoE to Omniverse's. Even if it wasn't the most refined, the game definitely made you feel like a badass with varied enemy types and an expansive movelist with some really exiting attacks. Maybe if they went a more "LEGO Star Wars" route with the forms it'd vary things up, also leave space for more characters for Player 2 like Gwen and Kevin. Then again, I guess this game is also somewhat similar to my feelings on Omniverse compared to the rest of the Ben 10 franchise, just a shame Rook had no thought put into his inclusion, as he was one of the few parts I really enjoyed about this leg of the series.

Really good points! I particularly like what you brought up about the QTEs. It really exemplifies the difference between this game and the rest of them. The QTEs in Omniverse just feel lifeless, rather than an epic conclusion to a boss battle.

I disagree. Not about the game about omniverse the show. I thought it was great. Just because it doesn't look or feel as serious as alien force/ ultimate alien doesn't mean it's bad. It gives us more unique villains, aliens and locations, and even the reason why Ben gave up the omnitrix. I was like you I hated the show when I was 16 because it didn't look like the other shows, but a few years later I gave it a shot and ended up loving it. Is it the best ben 10 show ever? No, its definitely flawed. But is it bad? Not by any means. Give it another shot and you'll probably find yourself enjoying much more than you did before like I did.

I agreee.. I hated most was the conbat creativity... Repetitive... For example, feedback 3rd level combos were awful so was heat blast.... But for diamond head they nailed it..

This is so true. None of the aliens had a different amount of power level. I decided I like fighting with heat blast so I used heat blast the whole game. The only reason I changed aliens was to complete the puzzles. Like I thought xlr8 would at least get places fast but nope. I liked the game but I'm just really disappointed. Like there were some Aliens like shock squatch and eye guy who were pretty useless the whole and u didn't use once 😭😭

I have a idea for a ben 10 game it could be a online multiverse battle that follows not only the idea of an omniverse which the show failed to explore but also this story will follow up on the multiverse of Ben's teaming up across the multiverse I really want this idea to be worked up on I feel it could really be a awsome
