I think the saddest classic episode was Ken 10 by a long shot. Devlin just wanted his father’s love, but his father Kevin was so hellbent on revenge that he forces his son to exact revenge too. The most emotional scene was when Devlin tries to stop him but gets tossed by Kevin saying he doesn’t need anything to prove and that he does this because he likes it. Devlin’s face when he ran away in tears was genuinely heartbreaking. In turn, Devlin helps their efforts to stop Kevin, causing him to bring his own father back into the null void. Very heavy stuff.

I remember that episode, I felt so bad for Kevin.. Having a bad father who likes doing bad things and he doesn't really care about you while you're trying everything to make him good, you will eventually learn that's the situation is hopeless

The real saddest ep is when "he goes back in time" and gwen gets the watch so he can only give her information and in the end of the ep max gets the watch and not ben bc gwens omnitrix pops out (removed) and ben missed it And in the end he never got it back but that was alternative universe same with the last ep

@@OneRecap-Manthe saddest ones in my opinion is the one where Gwen is presumed dead after getting attacked by the vines and Max gets hurt at that gas station, the one where Ben was so afraid of Kevin he was willing to kill him, regaining Feedback, the Forge of Creation one where it is revealed Ben pretends to be immature and overconfident to hide the fact he’s actually scared and truly knows the consequences of being a hero, the one where Max dies, and another one I can’t quite remember the plot of, anyway great video

What’s sad about Ben 10 is the thought that his family is constantly at danger Gwen may have powers and Max has weaponry but they are still vulnerable, whoever is in bens life is in danger due to the omnitrix that’s a responsibility Ben has to live with.
