He is new house (the one he bought in July but hasn’t moved into) is in the evacuation zone. But it hasn’t been damaged as far as I know. His rental (the house shown) has not been evacuated (yet). He was in The process of slowing moving out of it. Good for him he still is paying rent there. Good luck must be with him.
