No parent is perfect but how do you teach honour, integrity and ethics to your child if you don't live it. There may be other circumstances beyond your control that prevent you from doing what you promised or said you would, but to welch on a deal with your child by telling them you thought they wouldn't be up to the task, is a pretty sad story. Guess we all have stories that cut us deep as kids.

With or without support from family/friends, if one wants to quit their addiction, they can.! Never believe you can’t bc then you have allowed the addiction to really win

Yes that's a good sign. The first one is kinda aggressive. I would prefer something that kind and sweet Kelly would do to get people's attention. That first one looks like an angry but fun Kelly. This one looks like an upset Kelly with singing skills but I have to say that those singing notes are not impressive at all. It's better but it could be a lot better.
