Thank you for bringing your family along. It’s fun to cook with family even when you’re not together. I used to make sweet potatoes like you and your mom, but I did mine once without eggs, milk and sugar and found it just as fantastic. - mainly because my own family after children had issues with dairy. My girls still ask for baked in oven sweet potatoes with marshmallows. Thank you for sharing - simply beautiful with no planned agenda. Love it. 😮

Oh, Jren, I loved this! I'm just a tad older than you, but my mom passed away before we had internet and video calls...I remember doing phone calls with her to get some of her recipes. Your mom's a doll. Seeing the word "oleo" sure took me back! I didn't eat sweet potatoes growing up, but I do now. I'm going to make this! (Without the marshmallows).
