Love Ben Affleck so much but find myself getting low-key stressed out when he talks this fast. Feels like i'm about to have an anxiety attack. I think he should go easy on the caffeine. He seems like a naturally mellow guy that gets crap for being low-key so he's is over-correcting that by ODing on coffee.

@@abigailt9197 Oh, I didn't know this. Anyone with anxiety should stay away from caffeine and even cigarettes. I know from personal experience that coffee totally exacerbates panic and anxiety. But everyone knows he loves his Dunkin and has already given up alcohol, so probably doesn't want to give up coffee and cigarettes too. If he's had anxiety and depression since his 20s, he (like a ton of people) was probably using alcohol to to self-medicate both. And now that he's sober, caffeine's stimulating effects aren't being tempered with anything. He's feeling all that. I wonder if he knows this... Cigarettes are stimulants too.

If this was my husband, I would assume he is laying the ground to publically explain why he will eventually leave. This seems like a complain of his life with his wife's celebrity, which he has known for decades his wife is "iconic". Is he jealous about people not over reacting to him...sounds like it. Ben is a piece of emotional work, while Jennifer just likes the flash and attention. Not a good mix here. But he seems emotionally inmature.
