Heyy, I'm assuming you mean how some people believe Palpatine had something to do with Anakin's birth. That whole plot point has been interpreted in different ways and some official representatives even said that Palpatine doesn't actually have anything to do with his birth. At least not in the way people understood. As for loving cousins, I'm actually muslim and we marry cousins so your "incest" is subjective.
