These stories are like bitter medicine-difficult to hear, but essential for healing and growth. They remind us of the injustices that have shaped our history and the importance of continuing to fight for equality and justice. By confronting these painful truths, we can work towards a better future.

The system is simply doing what it was designed to do, torment the living hell of us Blacks and Browns. Nephew is off to university next year; you will befriend people from all walks of life I've told him. Do not get too caught up in the funs of your green and blue eye friends, I've regurgitated to him, because when the shit hits the fan, you will be the one splattered. We Blacks/Browns can't afford not to thread carefully, worldwide!

Another awful story that demonstrates the viciousness and brutality of the post-Antebellum Southern racism, it's a miracle that Black people are in their right state of the mind after what they have been subjected to, 346 years of slavery as a institution and then 90 years of organised and persistent tyranny, repression, vilence and occupation. Jim Crow and segregation is just small aspect of that brutal system, I find debt peonage, convict leasing and consistent rapes and violence to be much worse!!! The biggest irony is that today United States is telling otehrs around the world how to live and how to manage their affairs while that very same country has brutalized large segment of it's own populaiton for hundreds of years!!! SICKENING!!

I reply by saying when I extended my hand you reach for the money she said I'm calling the cops and all the black people that was there that day told me to run. I said run for What they said because the sheriff is coming I said let them come they came and when they got there they went straight to her she was talking to them and pointing in my direction!! And the black people that was there that day was telling me hey man you should have ran I said no you have to make a stand, the chef came over to me and said hey son why you giving this lady problems is best for you to leave here. Thank you I'm a white woman who holds an associate degree in psychology because I grew up as a black sheep of the family in a carefully crafted way. My mom exploited a situation with a teacher and got me given a test to see if I could score low enough as having learning disabilities. She always said "I had a dream you were burning on fire at the stake and God said to me to leave you in the fire. God wants to make you more like him." I now have figure out over decades she is highly narcissistic Machiavellian almost sociopathic in constantly cementing me as mentally handicapped. I have also slowly realized that black people have the same trauma responses and similar but worse troubles. It has enabled me to see things that give me such pain to know! Pros: I love listening to this part of history that America tries to keep hidden. Con: I know this stories are very traumatic, and I don’t know how you keep it up, but it seems to be relayed in a way that seems distant, without emotion, like a recital.
