I discovered Mr Caplan yesterday and I think I've listened to almost every song on every album and I am amazed by every one of them but this one in particular has me fixated and fascinated by the lyrics. It's the whole song but mostly the second to last verse that begins with "We have given you all Adam" and ends with "For the days are run by those who haven't slept".... I would love it so much if @BenCaplan could explain the meaning behind this song especially that verse and or the story behind it.
