Bagginses I get what your saying, but from my experience playing Majora’s Mask, you get this feeling of dread,sadness, and impending doom when the moon falls on clock town. From the way the music turns into a dark undertone that clearly shows something is wrong, to the ground starting to rumble violently like a earthquake, and how scary the moon’s expression is when it gets really close to you. There are also many different side quests that give you chills. One, for example is the “them” quest. Where you have to fend off aliens from the Romani ranch so they don’t abduct the cows. If you fail, the cows get abducted while also surprisingly a girl working at the ranch gets abducted. She the next day has her memory wiped clean and can’t remember what happened the previous night. In all, this game creates a fear that I think many horror games can’t muster. The shear horror that your just suppose to accept your life as it is when a giant moon is about to crash on you and kill everyone.

You can do everything you need to do within the time limit, youre meant to reset the clock after each dungeon. I know what you mean though, i prefer a ticking clock because of the added pressure.

If you don't use the Reversed Song of Time, it can be hard to finish each area within the time limit. I remember forgetting to play it when going through the Woodfall Temple and actually failing. The thing I like about Ben Drowned's basic story that I never noticed before is that the general idea of Ben tormenting Jadusable is heavily comparable to a childhood drowning. You're going to the beach to have a swim, maybe with some friends, maybe just your parents, maybe you've ran away. Either way, you want to have a good time doing simple things. You're getting a used N64 off of a Craigslist ad, maybe you'll play with friends, maybe just your roommate, maybe you're all alone. Either way, you want to have a good time doing simple things. The swim is enjoyable, but something feels off. Every once in a while, dread comes over you, and the waters feel just slightly uncomfortable. The game is enjoyable, but something feels off. Every once in a while, your name is swapped with another file's, and the experience feels just slightly uncomfortable. You've swam too far from shore. The feelings of exhaustion and fear overwhelm you. It's becoming clear to you that there is no chance of returning to normal. You are drowning. You shouldn't have done that. The feelings of depression and fear overwhelm you. It's becoming clear to you that there is no chance of returning to normal. You are dying. *_You can't run. It's not fun anymore. God, this is now officially one of my favourite pieces of media ever made. The quality of the everything is through the roof. the creative direction, cinematography, editing, lighting, sound design, pacing, it all looks and feels so good. The amount of work and effort that this has taken has clearly off. You don't see this type of videos around because of the amount of time it takes, it's not usually worth it in the current quantity over quality formula on youtube. I was like, 15 when this shit came out (if i remember it coming out in 2011 correctly) and the actual video of the glitches was actually kinda creepy (I've had weird nightmares involving being in horrifically glitchy game worlds so that shit was pretty much one of those but not as disturbing). I've been a silent fan for a long damn time now, but this is really something above and beyond. The skill and artistry that went into this piece of fiction is absolutely amazing. I adore the way that you wove in bits and pieces from the original creepypasta, but added additional cinematic properties that made it your own.
