The five 0 power slide around the bend was one of the best things I've seen in ages. This looks like so much full, we used to bomb the steepest hills we could find but the control in the video is another level.

way back i got knocked out and my head split open at a big skate comp and after getting out of hospital an American speed skater seen me and knew i was down, he only talked with me a few minute, although his words of wisdom, love of life and care are just a blur, i remember that blur and where ever you are, thank you.

i cant see life without my 58mm until i get some 60mm which they didnt have when i bought the 58mm .i dont want them any bigger than 60mm.have to draw the line at some point

You know what makes for a great downhill ride? A nice wide lightweight deck! When will Powell start making flight decks that are egg-shaped and up to 10in wide? When will you catch up with Heroin? I already have the dragon Wheels in three sizes let's go Powell ketchup!

I've been riding dragons for a couple months now. They're the best all around wheel I've ridden. I haven't tried the Nano Cubics yet though, so to be continued.

They don't slide as easily, but they lock in for grinds really well, also really good for making your board lighter because they stick out past the axle, so you can choose between using smaller trucks or a bigger deck.

Thats pretty good kid. Back in my day we would bomb hills in the snow, ten miles uphill both ways, on 12" wide 50 pound boards that barely rolled, just to go to public school. We ate sh** repeatedly and loved it.

I didn't drag the tail so it was not a full blunt. A lot of the time I just do the manual slide to keep a better angle over the board! At slower speeds, I'll slam the tail down. Thanks for the support homie. Feel free to ask any questions!

@@benjaminduerr5455 thanks for the reply! It kept the nose out of the inside corner ditch perfectly... Truly steezy! You make those wheels look buttery, I am riding some 85a Powell g-slides, which are pretty smooth, have you tried those? how do the wheels you're riding compare to them?

@@chrisb4419 I have ridden through a few sets of G-Slides in all colors. It is such a great wheel, they were my favorite wheels for a long time. The grip-to-slip ratio is so forgiving. They are much smoother and faster over the rougher pavement. Dragons Slide WAY more. In some cases they allow you to slide over twice as far. They are the most consistent sliding wheel I have ever ridden. Which makes them incredibly predictable and reliable. This is why they are my current favorite. I hope this helps!

@chrhadden my downhiller longboard is a 35cm long 9.25 wide eastside tabor deck, with avenue RKP 180mm trucks, 1/8in shock pads, 65mm 78a arbor wheels with ABEC 7 arbor bearings and just some shop grip with the skate shop logo sprayed on. As for my Hyrbid, it's a 39cm long 9.325 width arbor axel serrat pro model crosscut deck with 169mm avenue TKP suspension trucks, 1/8in shock pads, .25in mini logo risers, 80a 58mm suave slicks by arbor and arbor ABEC 7 bearings. Yes they both have arbor bearings because I got some for free, but I prefer bones super Swiss or big balls

THIS was the Dragon formula review i been looking for lolbs. As a shortboarder who likes to bomb hills, i been wondering how they would perform. Looks like they slip easily into slides, and standup slides look terrifying fun lol. Def gna hafta get some 58mm of these. 💚

The 58mm ones are the best for street slashing. They let you slide so far so easily. It is also impossible to flat-spot them. I highly recommend them! Dragons are the most durable wheels I have ever ridden. I would have to do over 40 runs down a road like this to justify switching to a fresh pair.

i got some 56mm and tried them on a hillbomb today... i was suprised how they powerslide, its crazy slippery. I was riding 60mm 95a before that and the dragons slide waaaaay more. Its so confusing because the are so grippy when carving etc, like a soft wheel but once the contact breaks they slip a lot. I think i like it though, i am way too scared to powerslide with soft wheels because they break so rapidly

I switched from the standard white dragons to these green bastards, and I'm having trouble figuring out if they are actually different. Board/ride quality feels different. Almost waterlogged feel/sound compared to the white ones. Am I crazy? I skated the OG's down from a 53 to about a 51 haha great wheels, generally speaking.
