Ben and Erin pour so much love into the homes they create for each family taking into consideration their interests and preferences. They personalize more than any of the home renovation people on TV . Their craftsmanship is superb.

This is the most unusual house but you made it beautifully livable and elegant. Thanks Ben and Erin.

Every house they have ‘gifted’ has been like a boon granted. BE, a partnership that is so special, loving and giving. Ben grows more handsome by every episode and Erin more radiant🎉❤

This is why Erin and Ben are the best on HGTV. No two houses are alike and they are committed to matching the home to each individual who live there.They are thoughtful and purposeful in everything they create and their intention is always to give joy to others.

Thank you for sharing such an original home and redo! So tired of all the blah remodels without character; you two save the items worth remembering. 👏

I'm an artist and the daughter of a master woodworker. I learned all the curse words listening to my Dad do caning, so I really loved the cane doors (I'm sure they just bought pre-made sheets) I was thrilled that they reused the fruit doors which were pretty cool, too, but too much for that small space. One of the many things I love about this show is how much old character they keep for these homes, and the creative ways they use/re-use wood; the projects Ben builds. And that Erin is also an artist. I'd love to see this whole episode - wondering if that property was two houses, joined together by the space they turned into the entrance. And of course, I went wild for the studio.

I really appreciate that Ben and Erin said that careful demo and reusing as much as possible is what they try to do. I LOVE the table Ben made (too bad we didn't get to see the original "curve" in the legs the guys referred to).Ben's lookin' pretty hot lately! 🔥

The fountain is a hazard with small children. A water feature could be shallow filled with rocks for the purpose of the sound and look of water

I agree! That 3ft. deep fountain in the middle of the floor was really bizarre, and a potential hazard to young kids and bigger people alike.

Sorry, I can't get over how bizarre looking that 3ft deep "fountain" in the middle of the studio floor is, not to mention dangerous for little kids. It would look great in an outdoor patio or courtyard, but looks strange indoors.
@maybeme943 ай бұрын
I love the stenciled design, but agree that it’s dangerous…even for an adult. I want to see it covered with a see through material. But kept as a focal point. Actually it would be pretty in the yard or in the front yard

Are we not discussing budget any longer? Is it too discouraging these days?
@kitty_s234563 ай бұрын
They cut out the part where they talk about the budget, as well as some other parts. HGTV wants us to pay for their subscription to watch the whole show.

Nope, love the fountain but inside, in the middle of a space? Nah. Rest of the house still seems old and gloomy. Can’t stand tiles on all the floors even though they were original.

What is Architecture?? I tell my kids’ if you can draw ✍️ you will never starve. (Doctors make 500k before tax … you can make 500k with one unique design/architect built with your signature on the front door encased in 24k gold) Your dad’ could break my back…take the house and bank account!! I will still be ok!! All I have to do’ sit in a wheel chair on Market Street Sydney and show off my designs.. people will come to me’ Not because I am in a wheel chair BUT because they genuinely like my designs!! Now I may have to modify my original designs based on clients budget BUT that’s ok!! Not everyone is a movie 🎥 star who can afford PRADA designed 100k dress BUT the fact remains “if the house of PRADA” wanted to design $1000 dollar dresses for the mass market “they are most welcome” BUT the house of PRADA” chooses NOT to play in that segment!!!!!!!!!
