This home with a touch of oak beams throughout the entrance and living room and kitchen really makes his home so warm and inviting and as you said, “cozy “! It doesn’t look dated but rather like some thing that stood the years of time in love❣️❣️ As always everything came to gather in such a marvelous and stunning way but what I truly love it was the art room. I could tail been an Erin that you worked very hard at thinking about what an artist would need and the space that she would love to have: I love the wooden stool that you made for her been as well as that unique and fabulous drying rack for canvas and watercolor papers… I’m very envious… I would love to have the wooden Paint Brush box you made, It with the router horizontal lines, if there’s any way you want to make more and sell them on your website, I would be first in line to buy 3❣️❣️❣️I don’t care of the wood time in fact I would prefer that they were each different and you are so talented Ben & I would be so honored to have one! Please consider this and be sure and sign the bottom of at least one if you do decide to make these available to the people who love you!😊❣️❣️❣️❣️ Erin, The tile and the linoleum that you picked out for the kitchen select marvelous together! Never paint over oak. Indeed, I wish someone told me that 25 years ago! 😂 I still have the oak sideboard, it looks lovely in cream with gold wax detailing but, you know, maybe one day I'll pay to have it dipped and stripped. Maybe then I'll be able to sort out that patch that defies finishing?

The busy kitchen backsplash would get tiring very quickly, but other than that, she did a great job.

I really like Ben and Erin, but.. That gable end, at 5:44 looks like they just painted over some really rotten wood... And quite often, when they show exterior shots of their houses, the siding looks... questionable...

I absolutely love how they fix theses houses and make them homes! The only thing that makes me laugh is when Erin gets disgusted if she sees dirty water from a light fixture, a bug, a mouse, a bat or any other little animal that is found living in any old house!! What does she expect?? No one living in the house, these little creatures do!! Get over it Erin…and also get over any of the dirt that may get on Ben during work!! Didn’t you ever play in the mud????
