As any great band would do, with time you have to change your sound and you have to appeal to a wider audience if you want to really sell records. DCFC successfully transitioned from indie to mainstream and it was only a matter of time before they did so. Nowadays they continue to make good albums, but nowhere near the quality epic, profound and heartfelt albums they produced from 98' to 05'.
