You can point to at least 4-5 games where the players put the team in a good position to win against really good teams but the coaching lost them the game at the very end. They underperformed based on their talent level and a lot of it came down the coaching.

As a Bears fan, I just get the feeling this isn't gonna work. Ben's track record speaks for itself, but the Bears have been a cursed franchise lately especially when it comes to offense. Unless they bolster the O line, and Caleb's accuracy vastly improves, I see nothing but disappointment. Feels like Kingsbury where he's a great offensive coordinator but isn't head coach material.
