I think there's a lot of subtle differences that add up to a pretty different overall feel. Ben's version feels cleaner and more controlled too. Don't get me wrong, still love Justin's version, but if someone put a gun to my head and made my choose a favorite I'd go with this one. Its all personal preference though. Not saying one is better than the other, they're both amazing.

tips_and_tricks i dont think there is any website you can leran on, Dan Berger made a tutorial in youtube but i find it easy learning by ear since the tutorial he made sounds different from Ben lapps version

um the difference is with the strumming bit, its sounds different to me and also some of the intro Ben plays some key twice but dan doesn't. i havent looked at the finger tapping bit so i dont know. oh ya and for the strumming ben does triplet rasgueado

I'm trying to learn this song and the little variatinons I'm finding between Ben Laps, Dave Collins how to videos, and the actual justin king versin are maddening. Like many versions say they is 2 percussive dead note thumb slaps after the 3rd fret 4th string pluck at the beginning of the main riff, but Ben here is playing it with only one percussive dead note thumb slap after the 4th string 3rd fret pluck to the 5th string hammer on from 3rd to 5th fret in the main raid.

Hammer on's, pull off's, tapping, harmonics, pinch harmonics, scales for which notes to hammer on/pull off to, the percussive part is something that you will have to learn from experimentation. Check out Trace Bundy and Sungha Jung for some cool stuff also.
