His view on the economy and its affects on his operation are spot on. There is a lot of wisdom and experience in Mr Moses, young farmers should listen and take his advice.

Ben Moses is actually a crook. He acts like he know stuff about farming but he is probably the worst farmer I’ve ever met and I’ve know him personally for over 20 years.

I'm disappointed that I missed this interview featuring my good friend Mr. Ben Moses. I remember as a little girl living in the Occoneechee Neck he would stop by my grandmother's house for water. He also helped my older male cousins to get summer jobs working with the Bo Weevil eradication program which also helped to finance their college expenses. Mr. Moses is a true example of black excellence and entrepreneurship here in Northampton County. North Carolina. Great work, Sir!

Awesome video. I was born and raised in this area where Mr. Moses and his family’s farm operation is stationed.. Grew up seeing them gettin after it in the fields, and to this day still see him and his son coming through town on equipment all the time whenever I visit family back home. Really good people for sure 👍🏻

Very interesting. He brought up a really good point about farming. For a young person to get started in farming today, they would need to either be born into it or marry into it. You would borrow yourself into oblivion just for the start up. Never mind the continued operation. They would never see their way clear of debt. Great story. Thanks for sharing.
