My first visit into your area was to the John Deere test site in Chandler about 1978. It was to observe a ripper working there. It really opened my eyes to what others were facing relative to my Illinois upbringing!

if you get a fassi splitter, you can hook 2 sets of hydraulic hoses to a single outlet. then you just have to flip a switch to change functions.

Hi Trev. Tell your men never to overtighten a shear bolt. It actually pre-shears the bolt. Use nyloc nuts and just firm them up. Regards from Western Victoria, Australia. (53 years in the 'game').

When working on tillage equipment, it always seems you need a good 4-6' cheater pipe! Heck, once we were changing a manure spreader tire. We used a 6' pipe and both me & my dad were jumping up & down on that thing to break loose that nut. Take care y'all.

Please take this kind advice from experience For safety reasons, please think about putting a weight bag on the log chain use pull truck out of field this way if chain breaks it will fall on the ground verses flying in to the windows of the trucks possibly hurting someone Also, teach your employees to speak English to make them assimilate to our American ways THIS IS NOT BEING RACIST, other immigrants that have live in our country assimilate to our country, Latino people are no different than the other immigrants from other countries and to make sure there is no miscommunication I've seen individuals get hurt on the job several times due to this happening Only English language, one language equal no miscommunication If we went to other countries to work, they would expect us to know their language
@BalesHayFarmandRanch
@BalesHayFarmandRanch Жыл бұрын
Thank you. A lot of people commented on how the ball hitch can explode as well. I didn’t know that could happen. And with the language barrier, that is extremely difficult. A lot of the guys are learning. It’s a slow process. I try to learn a little every year as well. The reality of it is, we need cheap labor. Our margins are so thin, and few Americans will work out in the heat. We are lucky to have these guys. I agree, if we all spoke the same language, it would be safer, unfortunately it is extremely difficult to get to that.
