Or, yes, perhaps something he's picked up from playing Evan for so long. I'm always amazed at how he can maintain such good diction while talking so fast though! haha.

@RichardBrennan7 жыл бұрын
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the original cast's contracts are up in November. After that they can choose to stay, join the national tour, or go on to other projects. But I'm sure the show will still be running and a great cast will be in place. Tickets are available at the box office every day for standing room and partial view seats - though that's just about 20 tickets so they go immediately. But if you get there early (6am) you can likely get a ticket when the box office opens at 10am.

It’s nice to re-watch this stuff after 3 years, it feels like this interview happened yesterday. ✨ I honestly love how fast he talks! 😅

If I won the lottery the first thing I would do is fly to NYC to see Ben Platt and the amazing, incredibly talented cast of Dear Evan Hansen. (crosses fingers, toes and everything). What a brilliant show

He's sort of awkward in real life, and he definitely channels that into his performances.

Does Evan Hansen talk really fast because Ben Platt does, or has Ben Platt been playing Evan so long he's picked up Evan's speedy nervous cadence of speech? We may never know.

Most people walk out very cool and slow. Ben walks out super fast and adorable, peppy energy and ready to go. Like, leave this stage as quick as possible. Bro, I understand.
