Anyone who thinks the use of nuclear weapons is a good idea clearly doesn't understand the history of nukes and how the top officials like allen were okay with going to nuclear war because they believed they would win and that even said that 30 million dead americans was an acceptable loss, but they were only okay with it because they knew they would industry leaders and in control after victory, Ben Shapiro is defending the use of nuclear bombs when he should be discouraging both sides from using them and opening negotiations with our enemies in order to come to an agreement, he thinks he is being rational but is it really rational to be so gun ho with a nuclear arsenal that would mean the end of the world considering how much more powerful theses weapons are now, DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF ONE NUKE IS LAUNCHED IT WONT BE JUST ONE AND NO ONE WILL WANT TO BE AROUND AFTER THAT CALAMITY, what is this stupidity. Go actually look up the physcopaths in control of the military command during JFKs administration, THEY WANTED WAR, and didnt care how many americans died as long as they won and were in power after.

Dropping the first atomic bomb onto a densely populated city allowed for decades of radiation research as a necessary element of weapons testing; in short, the citizens of Nagasaki and Hiroshima were meant to be lab animals. Shortening the Asian Pacific war was merely a rationalization for Nuclear Weapon research originating from the nuclear decimation of Japanese cities. The claim that Nagasaki and Hiroshima led to a level of understanding commensurate with global deterrence ala concerns for Mutually Assured Destruction is ridiculous as the doctrine did not even come into existence until 1965 and, only then, in the wake of the Cuban missile crisis. Shapiro's pro-Zionist habit of appealing to an ahistorical mythos is clearly evident in his defense of Nuclear Weapons testing in Japan.

The atomic bombing was a message to the Soviet Union when Japan was already defeated. Churchill was absolutely not willing to accept any postwar settlement within the Teheran framework, where the Soviets would retain a political sphere of influence as a security buffer against the direction from which the West (Germany, Romania, Hungary, Britain, France, and Poland) had attacked them between 1918 and 1941. Churchill still kept the imperial designs he had on eastern Europe from the interwar years and was obsessed with finding some way of forcing it out of the Soviet sphere. In early 1945, British general staff conducted the Operation Unthinkable study on the feasibility of driving the Soviet Army back to the old borders of the Soviet Union. The conclusion was that such offensive operations had no chance of succeeding. The ascendance of Harry Truman, a complete foreign policy lightweight who could be swayed by Churchill, and the development of the atomic bomb, revived hope that such ambitions were still viable. The Anglo-American Operation Dropshot study of the late 1940s evaluated the feasibility of overcoming the Soviet Army's defensive advantage with atomic bombs. That notion was quickly quashed once the Soviets had their own atomic bomb. The key point here is that the atomic bomb was seen as something to aid the West in attacking or dictating terms to the Soviets, rather than as a deterrent against Soviet attack. The Soviets were the first to deploy nuclear weapons under a defensive/deterrent doctrine, which fully came to fruition once they started gaining advantages in missile technology that gave birth to MAD, and now the post-MAD, advantage: Russia era of strategic deterrence.

"morally justified" only if you believe that the ends justify the means. A better morality is to have standards and to stick to those standards, no matter the consequences, repercussions or cost. Ben would say, "Oh, so you would prefer that the war continued for more years, taking more lives?" But this is an assumption. What if peace talks commenced a week later, and saved all the lives lost in the nukes? You can speculate all you like, but you'll never know. Hence, the moral argument remains: do we drop nukes and guarantee further loss of life, or not drop nukes?

"That popular monkey-to-man chart gets evolution all wrong", this is admitted, Darwin was wrong and the chart is no longer espoused. the suggestion that man evolved out of a swamp suggests a racial hierarchy (different rates of development) that strengthens the notion of racial superiority of a race, adopting that notion equates to State sponsored racism.

@@dyrtyharry6789 it seems that once Darwin was recognized as fact that gave rise to the universal acceptance in science, Lothrop Stoddard, Arthur Gobineau... therefore cannot be blamed for adopting that theory, they were only following "science", the psychologist William McDougall, 1921, was the first to my knowledge to contest the acceptance of the absolute Darwinian idea. did racism exist before Darwin? or did it have the same footing as Nationalism?, the Arabian Nights (~6th century) does contain a story about a Caliph who had 6 wives, one of each color, who were implored to ridicule one another concerning the color of their skin, racism, and that's an example. the incident of Haman in the Book of Esther is alleged to be an example of anti-Semitism, two problems with that, 1) the distinction was religious worship (nothing to do with race), 2) Haman was not Persian he was Indian (Ikhwan as-Safa suggests Haman is an Indian name). slavery of course has nothing to do with racism.

Tucker is right on this one. There should be millions of fossils showing transitions but there’s none. The fossil record shows stasis and extinction. Darwin said that himself before he died .

@@angiewoodward4166 It took years to find a fossil of an organism the size of a sedan, so to expect to find a fossilized clump cell is akin to trying to find a speck of dust buried in a haystack (except the haystack has the surface area and thickness of the earth's crust. Oh, and the said haystack is changing all the time). Also, this happened over millions of years when the environment was vastly different (and waay more hostile). You need perfect condition for a fossil to form, which happens by chance in nature. Now imagine the odds of that happening when the earth's landmass was totally different from what it is today or what it was when dinosaurs roamed the planet. And let's not forget how deep underneath the crust we will have to go to look for one (which is a monumental task in and of itself). I wish it was as easy as just looking for one and finding it like Waldo.

Define transitional, because if you mean what I think you mean, that’s a fundamental misunderstanding of how evolution works. It’s an aggregate of small mutations being selected for leading to noticeable deviation over long periods. The idea of a “missing link” fossil wasn’t conceived as a term for miraculous changes within a short period. It was more of a “filling in a hole in the fossil record that prevented proper classification of other species”
@Sid00077
@Sid00077 18 күн бұрын
@@AgxntOrange Unfortunately a lot of schools do a very bad job at teaching it. Especially if the person teaching it has a strong religious belief. There are so many people who think that modern day monkeys are literally our ancestors. I think every school should encourage students to read The Beak of the Flinch. It does a great job of laying out how micro evolutions often go unnoticed because over a larger period of time those mutations often lose value so as a result we end up never getting a full picture of what may have happened over time.

There is a difference between a "hypothesis", "theory" and a "law". A hypothesis is a conjecture to be validated personally. A theory is a personally validated hypothesis that has been validated by other researchers. A law is a theory that is validated universally without exception. Relativity was Einstein's hypothesis, later to become a theory when Eddington demonstrated gravitational effects in Mercury's observed position during a later eclipse. As a law, it seems to be failing the test of UFO/UAP which appear to achieve propulsionless accelerations that can not be explained by the principle of "e=mc^2"...

I guess you can make that argument but… it seems just holding the technology could have achieved the same deterrence.

I really hope Briahna and Robby do actually go an research the "fossil record" in depth. The reality is that there is a LOT of "this looks like something, so we can deduce that..." Tucker is 100% correct that there is hard evidence for adaptation, and only hazy "evidence" for inter-species evolution. And, what Briahna gets wrong, is that this is exactly the difference between "theory" and "fact". It is called the "theory" of evolution because there isn't hard evidence for it. It is just repeated and regurgitated in schools. For people who wish to take it further, they get a bit of a rude awakening to the reality that what they were taught as "fact" is actually pretty wishy-washy. But this misunderstanding doesn't surprise me... in mathematics, students often say "Pythagoras' theory" and think it's not fact. But that's because they have confused "theory" with "theorem"... "Pythagoras' Theorem" (or "The Pythagorean Theorem" in the USA) is proved fact. Such misunderstandings are rife, and many people go into adulthood with confused information. The word "theory" has 2 meanings: 1. A hypothesis formed from evidence that has not yet been proved. 2. The academic subject matter of a topic, such as "music theory" or "game theory".

Ben is becoming more and more maniacal and neurotic by the day. If a nuclear bomb was used against Israel, Ben would 100% call them evil. If given the opportunity, he would also use one against Palestine. Ben is the kind of person that doesn’t know what mass death looks like. He has little to no empathy for anything outside of his views and that is blatantly gross.
