Another superb show. Ben Youngs was a great guest and very moving about his family and how they coped with the massive challenge of cancer. Looking forward to see him lead England out to get his 100th cap and a win on that day!

Another fantastic pod. I don't even play rugby I just watch it from a distance and enjoy listening to top blokes having a good craic....beats listening to footballers

This was a pretty good episode to watch. Ben Comes across as a well rounded character who gets on very well with the elite squad. He took a very understanding decision to support his family ahead of the lions tour to New Zealand. It also provided an insight as to how Eddie Jones likes his team. That combination of an aspiring work ethic and good teamwork is what Eddie wants and it suggests that players he has come across that we keep asking to be in the squad don’t fit with what Eddie needs in players to gel well with the team. That was funny what Haskell said about Martin Johnson making assertions that he was the leak and the team talk where Martin was pointing at a board as he was on a rant while his finger was directing at Haskell’s name 😅

Good quality as always. Couple of suggestions for the future: worst lids/haircut fifteen? Haskall might sneak a spot in that team. Supporting staff fifteen? House of Rugby guest fifteen? Journalist fifteen? Alex, really appreciate it when you press both Tinds/Hask for answers - too much on the fence sometimes! Overall, great stuff #haskforpres

I’d love to see/think would be interesting on this show: George Ford, Ben Teo, Jack Nowell, Courtney Laws, Dan Cole, Genia, Hooper, Ashton, N Easter.. Good to see rugby journalism doing good!! Sick of stupid questions from Journalists with no enjoyment/understanding of rugby or respect for our great players and coach!! Awesome job on this!

Southern hemisphere players accumulate caps faster than Northern as historically they've played more tests and fewer domestic games per year. The celtic nations tend to accumulate more caps as they don't have as much strength in depth and have an incumbent who plays on until they possibly can whereas English retirements generally come after a World Cup.

Sorry but mike brown is not hated in Wales always have our respect as a winner and we understand his reaction after losing and sometimes it's the media asking stupid questions, maybe he isn't political correctness but great player who hated losing nothing wrong in that

Talking of going after people.. I went to school with Jordan crane... what's the story behind the attempted decapitation, Hask?
@lr1144 жыл бұрын
Ben Youngs: "Luke Cowan-Dickie's meeting was a funny one... Do you want to tell the story Hask" *The listeners all looking forward to hearing the funny story* Haskell: "So my meeting with Eddie... Me, me, me". *Doesn't tell the LCD story* This is why I rarely listen to the podcast any longer.
