Facts I can add 1.Heatblast, were classic was an homage to superheroes/comics his design was a play on Human Torch/Ironman, one reason why you don't see Ben 10 anymore is because Marvel choked/flooded the superhero market. 2.Wildmutt, his roars are actual lion roars with human snarling as his design is a cross between lion/gorilla. 3.Diamondhead, was the first alien ben was to see another member of his kind(Diamondhead meeting Tetrax, later Fourarms with Tini, Blitzwolfer with the Yeenaldoloshi, Frankenstrike with Viktor, and Eon with Bens Chronian form.) 4.XLR8, and NRG are the only aliens to have letter acronyms for names. And is a design pun on velociraptors. 5. Greymatter, is a pun dissection frogs/grey aliens being dissected too. 6. Stinkfly's design is based on the Scorpionfly, but his name is a pun on stinkbug/butterfly. 7. Fourarm's design was the first to set the art direction for what the shows aliens will go for(Ex. after designing his veiny arms, the creators knew to go all out for gross and rad transformations) 8. Ripjaws was able to make peace to the kraken in the lake episode cause his race help giant sea monsters on their homeworld by keeping balance with marine life. 9. Upgrade huge mecha form was original a transformer(cybertronian) alien form Ben has but cannot be unlock due to copyright, for Derrick J. Wyatt worked on both Animated and Omniverse. 10. Wildvine, can reproduce on his own with his pods but Ben never had knowledge of this till Omniverse when Pax told them. 13. Blitzwolfer, name is a pun on subwoofer a type of stereo. 14. Snare-Oh, can produce dust storms but Ben doesn't spend much time working on his lesser aliens abilities. 15. Frankstrike, Transylians find asymmertical features like stitches, and scars attractive if they seen a regular symmetrical person its unattractive. 16. Upchuck, is a cross between a tardigrate(water bear), and amoeba. 17. Ditto is voiced by Rob Paulson as a direct homage to his character/niche inspiration to animatics as Rob Paulson himself voices Wacko. 18. Eye-guy, is probably based on the japanese Yokai dodomeki with long arms and multiple eyes. 19. Waybig, when To' Kustars die their dust from their forms will go to create new To' Kustars, as a To'Kustars colors depend on what cosmic gases are being absorbed through. 20. Eon, Chronians were banned from the omnitrix as their considered invasive species from another universe, thus the Omnitrix senses the threat the dna poses and blocks its access. Hence the Omnitrix being able to have universal size destruction. 21. Articquana, is pun on Marine iguanas in design, and how marine iguanas shoot salt out of their noses reworked into ice. 22. Spitter, Spheroids don't talk orally rather vibrating flemage beats(mucus in their throats/plus this saves on a voice actor). 23. Buzzshock, can split himself but Ben10k only uses him one at a time cause he's constantly changes forms and fills dividing himself too much is a waste of time.

5:53 Yeah, he did it in reboot series. When Ben was fighting Vilgax, Upgrade upgraded Omnitrix, but his DNA was fused with Ben's one, and it turned into Glitch, and Ben can't transform into Upgrade anymore, and his DNA was also replaced by Shock Rock's example.

Wildmutt was my favorite classic ben 10 alien i was so excited when I got the toy version of him when I was a kid I don't why people dont like him. Sure he doesn't have cool powers but the design is so cool.
