The fact that bill is not only a peak villain despite how little he shows up but is a reality warper capable of irreversible universal harm and destruction in his physical state if not for the weakness to unicorn magic and the law of weirdness magnetism is impressive. I'm not 100% sure just how potent he can be but I'd say universal+ to low multiversal since he burned his home universe by accident.

Sorry bro but being a menace for a whole universe, tearing down an inferior dimension by accident and almost destroying 3d dimension by a chain reaction with a dimensional rift only makes him multi-universal as much. Destroying a dimension wich is below yours (euclidia) is easier than taking a paper and ripping it appart. And the dimensional rift was just a "door" between realms wich secondary effect was the fusion of both of them, it was a chain reaction, not bill s power itself, if i throw a fridge toa car from a 2nd floor is most likely i will destroy the car, but that doesn t mean i can destroy a car with my bare hands.

Toons and reality warpers in General are to me the most OP characters in all of fiction. While normal characters have to work with the rules of their reality to archive their goals, These guys can easily change or even destroy reality at their will, are basically immortal, are aware of the audience watching them and can basically travel everywhere they want to be: heaven, hell, other cartoons, video games, movies and even the real world. The only real way to beat them is either to outsmart them or have them fight someone just as op as them.

To be fair, we don’t know how much Bill was telling the truth with that. He’s definitely the kind of guy that would lie about killing the Pines twins in other universes just to make himself feel better about his defeat. Although there are obviously alot of timelines where one or both of the twins did die, it’s very unlikely that the only one where both of them survive is the one in the main show. Seeing as how there is an almost infinite number of universes, some with barely any differences.

I think my two favorite overpowered characters are Lloyd Garmadon from Ninjago he was so overpowered in fact that when the show was revived they had to nerf him. And my second favorite is Luz at the end of The Owl house sure that form was great but her main power lies with her ability to connect with others.
