i have been looking to build a similar plastic injection machine and have reached out to them but have yet to hear back from them. the framework is the same as you have there, but the one i was looking at is a single machine from end to end where yours is two in-line sections. so can you tell me about your frame work? Starting with the section that holds the clamp/molds, the large black plates, are they steel or aluminum (guessing steel, but it's always good to be sure).

can the clamping force be increased ??

Clamping force can be adjusted a small amount. Since it is clamped by lever and not by hydraulic pressure clamping force is limited on this machine. Many other machines are available with hydraulic clamping with much clamping force available or adjustable clamping force. This seems a home made machine, not saying it is bad, just has limited capability due to low clamping force. It could probably not inject nylon pa type plastic as it requires much more clamping pressure.
