Absolutely Best Explanation about following with the Elbows Vs Tucking the elbows, that distinction which you explained is probably the best way anyone has described it in their "HOw to bench press" mechanics video. Quality Content, Thank you

My man! I’ve seen way too many bench videos trying to improve my bench and I finally found this. What was considered very heavy for me before, is now easy. Insane 🤯

Most likely the best instructional video on the bench press i've seen so far, and i've seen a whole lot from top athletes etc. Well done and thanks alot!

this is already the best explanation I've heard so far and I haven't even tried the cues yet. Bench Press is my weakest lift by far, but mainly due to poor technique I think. Excited to try and focus on these cues. Really good video, thanks a lot!

Wanted to comment on how good this channel is, and how great these explanations are, but I can see the comments are already full of praise. This channel deserves more growth, and I will make sure to advertise it to anyone serious about lifting heavy. Please keep the awesome content flowing

I found my optimal bar path doing dead presses and pin presses. I was moving the height of the pin on the top and realized there was a perfect place to press from when I was doing 605 and pressing from the pin. As I changed the height of the pins it showed me where the optimal place to press was from. Worked really well.

Bro you're the man. Our benches are oddly similar (ok but yours is way stronger). I was wondering (bc I have not competed in forever)....does the IPF give the start command with how your elbows are here at your start position? I do the exact same thing I just feel like maybe my elbows are not locked.

Great video. Have been using a lot of these cues recently and will be sending this to a lot of my lifters and friends. What software do you use for the quick rewinding and fast forwarding?

So, does unwinding the elbows as you press help you kind of naturally get that proper J-shaped path?

Lower back pain or I guess discomfort when doing this kind of an arch. Thoughts?

Racer X don’t arch so much. It’s not respected. Just arch to set shoulders then keep low back down
