Great tips. I used these to treat elbow problems caused by LB back squats with high pressing volume. Didn't consider as warm ups. For some reason I focus my warm up on benching or pressing with empty bar and warming my wrists and shoulders, totally ignoring my elbows! Might have prevented a lot of my brachialis problems if I'd incorporated these on pressing days. Hammer curls and chins really helped sooth elbows after pressing. Will defo use these going forward. Your videos are golden Coach Ben! I've watched a few of them in the last hour and they've answered so many questions I've had for months now. All my other lifts have been progressing nicely apart from the bench and I really think with some of these tips I'll be able to overcome my dodgy shoulder/elbow and finally start putting some decent weight on the bar. If you have any tips for someone with a long-term shoulder injury - byproduct of a dislocation as a kid - on how to keep the bad shoulder tight at the bottom position that would be amazing. I've been training my rotatorcuff and lower traps, trying to keep my scap retracted and depressed and lifting my chest to the bar but for some reason when I start getting heavy (for me) my bad shoulder starts getting wobbly and feels loose.

Been having issues with the tendon under the elbow. Im going to give these a shot.
