Easy way to remember which way to move your sight is you chase your bullet strikes with your front sight example,,You are hitting to the left of the bullseye,,You move your front sight toward the bulletin strikes ..The rear sight is opposite.You Pull the bullet impact toward the bullseye,,Example= if you are hitting to the left of bullseye,you pull the bullet totherignt by moving rear sight to the right

Thanks but I missed which part of that was easy to remember. I now remember the acronym FORS. "A simple acronym, FORS, can help you remember that, when it comes to changing where your shot strikes, the Front sight should be moved in the Opposite direction and the Rear sight should be moved in the Same direction as your intended point of impact."

is there some estimation on how high the grouping should be for 100 yards compared to 100 meters? Or is it negligible to where center grouping is fine?

That's what I said. My POI is to the right, so I need to move the POI to the left by moving the post to the right.

Do you know if these same rules apply to a Saiga 308 where you put the site at 2, then zero at 25 yards? Its a different caliber but its a AK.

P setting is about 250m. You never zero using that setting. Not sure what you are asking though mate.
