Good evening, congratulations on your excellent work, I have some problems with the image and the resolution of this particular hisense 55E7KQ pro TV, when I put movies on any application of the TV, netflix, apple tv, disney, prime video, it cuts the image up and down to a smaller one while I have 16:9 and it plays them in a low resolution and not in 4k, what should I do, can I choose the resolution from the TV settings and change it? Thank you very much.

Γεια σου φίλε! ,ο λόγος που εχεις black bars είναι γτ οι περισσότερες ταινίες είναι γυρισμένες σε 21:9 αντί του 16:9 τώρα γτ δεν σου παίζουν 4Κ δεν ξέρω, κανονικά το νετφλιξ αν είναι 4κ η τηλεόραση και το υποστηρίζει η συγκεκριμένη ταινία η σειρά το δείχνει πάνω από τον τίτλο η κάτω δεν θυμάμαι μαζί με πόσα κανάλια είναι ο ήχος και αν είναι ατμός HDR και τα λοιπά, ίσως update?

Σε ευχαριστώ, εχω κάνει τα παντα αναβάθμιση λογισμικού, επαναφορά στις εργοστασιακή ρυθμιση απεγκασταση και εκνεου εγκατάσταση των εφαρμογών DOLBY VISION και ATMOS τα παιζει, στο NETFLIX όχι τόσο απλά μου παιζει το 4K στα περισσότερα αλλά στα 24HZ, στις υπόλοιπες είναι το μεγάλο πρόβλημα APPLE TV, DISNEY.

Hi, has anyone noticed a continuous creaking noise coming from the rear? This only happens when using the TV speakers, however when using external speakers like echo dot this does not happen. Thanks

I saw a review that noted something similar. It was a plastic panel or the stand vibrating, and not the speaker itself.

I think this is the one, great price, great feature set and very nice image quality with 4k 120hz, my optical hdmi 2.1 cable probably will support it.

Hi, If you're looking for best accuracy, we suggest just going for Filmmaker mode and tweaking from there to taste, cause adjusting colors without colorimeter is almost impossible. If you just want a good looking image, try Standard mode, switch the Color Temperature to Warm 2, and then adjust the Smooth Motion, Sharpness, Dynamic Contrast and other things to taste.

Yes, game mode is just a bit stripped down in order to reduce input lag.

An advice just in case , the tv needs to be separated from the wall and tilted a little ,the subwoofer needs space to work and sound well

The non PRO version has only HDMI 2.0 (up to) 60Hz ports and not really suited for playing games. Saying that, the PRO version is ok-ish for gaming, as the max. HDR capability is not sufficient enough.

Backlight bleed is really bad, had to decrease backlight ilumination from 100 to 36 just no not be bothered. Damm.

Afaik 4000 series doesn’t support HDMI 2.1 you’ll need to use a display port cable

Hello. I bought a Hisense 55E7HQ. I am disappointed with the uniformity of the lighting. Accented edge lighting. The color red is not red. It is burgundy red. Which TV up to 500 euros do you recommend instead.

Honestly, with most LCD based models uniformity is going to be a lottery, especially in the mid and lower-mid segment. VA based models are probably a better option in that regard, as they have lower black levels, so backlight problems may be less apparent.

​​@@DV-yz5gjIt's honestly fine. Most people just nit pick. I had a Samsung 4k from 8 years ago and always thought the image on that was amazing. This feels like light years ahead. For the casual gamer and person who watches TV this is amazing and honestly is a great buy for the price. If you want to nitpick and moan about these things then spend a load more to get a better shade of red you like 😂

I find it perfectly fine and way better than the Samsung 4k I owned before. It's not Oled level obviously but for the average consumer it's still more than good enough for watching movies etc. Oleds are amazing but not worth the price difference for the high end models. Like pc gaming the price to performance ratio as you spend more is never worth it and is just there if you have the money to burn for something premium.
