I love the green 940 and the aluminum scales. Bought the 945 with black G10 when it first came out for travel and find the G10 too smooth. Now thinking of getting the green aluminum 945. Apparently all of benchmade's G10 is very smooth. I prefer the rough sandpaper G10 like you find on spyderco para 2. Out of all the benchmade knives I own I've only had one with a omega spring problem straight out the box, but I sent it in and they fixed it.
